We specialise in working on unusual projects, difficult sites and period homes, and have been involved in many repairs and strengthening jobs following the earthquakes.

The team at Joseph Builders Ltd consists of our own full time building gangs, office staff and a full complement of excellent subcontractors to handle any work required. Unlike many builders, we can tackle any kind of work, no matter how big or small, on your farm, house or commerical building.

We are always working on a number of bespoke builds with a variety of budgets. This year it has included (amongst other things) three new homes, a major house extension and renovation, numerous bathroom renovations and a major reroof on a residential project.

Our commercial works have included a new 800m2 steel frame shearing shed, a fire shed extension at Mt Somers and a complete redevelopment of a Christchurch respite care wing.
