We specialise in working on unusual projects, difficult sites and period homes, and have been involved in many repairs and strengthening jobs following the earthquakes.

The team at Joseph Builders Ltd consists of our own full time building gangs, office staff and a full complement of excellent subcontractors to handle any work required. Unlike many builders, we can tackle any kind of work, no matter how big or small, on your farm, house or commercial building.

We are always working on a number of bespoke builds with a variety of budgets. Our recent works include (amongst other things) numerous new design and build homes, renovations large and small, new bathrooms and kitchens, and a major reroof on a residential project.

Our commercial works include multiple new 400m² school blocks, the restoration of the Heritage NZ listed Ng King Brothers Chinese Market Garden Settlement in Ashburton, and new edging and refurbishment to Ashburton District Council Playgrounds.
